Star Bright Montessori is a newly formed Montessori that is seeking qualified teachers and teacher assistants who have a passion for child development. Our mission is to provide children with an affordable quality Montessori education. If you are interested and support the Montessori method and efforts leading to the development of children, then we are looking for you. Positions are available working with children ages 18 months through 6 years.

Responsibilities
• Assess the skills, abilities, interests and needs of children
• Develop and implement daily activities
• Discuss progress or problems of children with parents/staff/owners
• Ensure activities support and promote the development of children
• Guide and assist children in developing proper habits
• Lead children in activities

Qualifications
• First Aid certification
• 12 ECE Core Units

Skills
• Crisis management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Good physical stamina
• Good physical strength
• Patient with children as well as adults
• Works well with others

Compensation: DOE

Position Type: Full-Time & Part-Time (M-F)
