Star Bright Montessori proudly serves the city of Buena Park. Buena Park is a city in northwestern Orange County and is located with the Los Angeles metropolitan area. According to the 2010 US Census, Buena Park has a population of over 80,000 and a total area of approximately 10.5 square miles. As the city known as being the center of the Southland, it has made itself home to a number of tourist attractions, one particularly being Knott’s Berry Farm. Buena Park is bordered by Cerritos and La Palma on the west, Cypress on the southwest, Anaheim on the southeast, Fullerton on the east, and La Mirada on the north.
Student living in Buena Park attend schools that are administered by several different school districts. There are a total of six districts responsible for the elementary schools. These districts include: Anaheim Elementary School District, Buena Park School District, Centralia School District, Cypress Elementary School District, Magnolia Elementary School District, and Savanna School District. The high schools are served by two school districts: Anaheim Union High School District and Fullerton Joint Union High School District. For residents of Buena Park choosing to attend an institution of higher education, the North Orange County Community College District will enable them to do so. The colleges within this district include: Cypress College, Fullerton College and the School of Continuing Education.
